We’re Hiring in Guadalajara! | Outbound Sales (BDR)
Utility Profit is a fast-growing U.S tech company helping Property Managers make move-ins easier for their tenants — setting up electricity, water, gas, and internet in one click.
In just 8 months, our Guadalajara Sales Hub grew from 4 to 30+ team members, and we’re expanding again!
Position: Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: In-office near Midtown, Guadalajara
What You’ll Do:
• Call and educate U.S Property Managers about our software
• Book online demos with decision-makers
• Work with HubSpot CRM
• Develop world-class sales skills and grow fast
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• 6+ months of outbound B2B experience
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Energetic, driven, and ready to grow
• HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus
