Who We Are

Utility Profit was born out of Sunroom Leasing with a simple yet powerful mission: to make moving easier. We help renters set up essential utilities—water, electricity, gas, and internet—at the click of a button. At the same time, we provide property managers with a new revenue stream, making their lives easier and more profitable.

Now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Data and Operations Support Specialist to join our Account Management team. This role will focus on ensuring smooth software syncs for our property management partners, keeping systems accurate and up to date, and supporting the account management team in driving partner success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitoring and ensuring all partner software syncs are running smoothly

  • Troubleshooting sync issues and escalating to Engineering when needed

  • Maintaining accurate partner records in our CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems

  • Updating and cleaning data to ensure reliability across tools and reports

  • Supporting account managers with reporting, performance tracking, and list organization

  • Identifying and filling in missing partner data points (contacts, emails, company info, etc.)

  • Assisting the team with special projects and data requests during slower cycles

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Experience working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Detail-oriented with excellent computer navigation skills

  • Comfortable troubleshooting and documenting software/data issues

  • Organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
