About This Role
You’ll own enterprise sales at a fast-growing proptech startup. You’ll work across several “large customer” segments. You’ll work closely with the founders, product, and marketing teams to craft deals, manage partner relationships, and scale critical channels.
This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who can navigate long sales cycles, work with technical buyers, and close complex deals with platform stakeholders. You’ll be the quarterback for one of our most important growth channels.

What You’ll Do
Own Enterprise Platform Sales: Identify, pitch, and close deals.
Drive Adoption: Collaborate with technical teams on both sides to guide integrations/implementations.
Be a Strategic Closer: Navigate complex sales cycles involving legal, product, and executive stakeholders.
Build Repeatable Playbooks: Help define processes, assets, and motions that make platform sales scalable.
Manage Rollouts: Set and hit milestones with partners post-signature to drive adoption and long-term revenue.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Align closely with product, marketing, and leadership to execute deals.
Job requirements
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with experience selling to or through platforms and other enterprise deals.
Proven ability to close large, multi-stakeholder deals with product and integration components.
Strong understanding of APIs, technical integrations, and monetization strategy.
Experience in property management, real estate tech, or the vertical SaaS space is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
You’re hungry, organized, and resourceful; a true self-starter who thrives autonomously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly.
