Background

Utility Profit is on a mission to simplify the moving experience. We’ve built the first platform that shows renters exactly which utilities and internet providers are available at their address—and lets them set everything up in minutes.

We’ve built a dominant position in the property management space and are now expanding into homeownership, starting with Title Companies. This is a massive new channel for us and a core growth initiative for 2026.

With offices in Austin, TX and Guadalajara, Mexico, we’re building the engine that powers utility setup across the entire housing lifecycle.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a BDR Manager to build and scale our outbound motion targeting Title Companies. This role will own pipeline generation for this new vertical—hiring, training, and leading a team of BDRs while also getting in the trenches to prove what works.

You’re not just managing—you’re building a playbook from scratch, dialing in messaging, and creating a repeatable engine that drives demos and revenue.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Build, hire, and develop a team of 10–15+ BDRs focused on the Title Company segment

  • Act as both a player and coach—leading from the front while scaling the team

  • Design and iterate outbound strategy (calls, email, SMS, sequencing) for this new market

  • Drive consistent demo volume with Title Company decision-makers

  • Work closely with leadership to refine ICP, messaging, and targeting

  • Personally prospect and close early opportunities to validate the motion

  • Hold the team accountable to activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics

  • Own CRM hygiene and reporting (we use HubSpot)

  • Continuously optimize scripts, talk tracks, and follow-up cadences

Utility Profit partners with Title Companies to unlock a new revenue stream while improving the homebuyer experience.

We embed directly into the closing process, giving buyers a seamless way to set up their utilities and internet the moment they move in.

How it works:

Revenue Generation
We generate revenue when buyers activate internet and utility services—and share that revenue with our Title partners. This creates a new, passive income stream tied directly to their transaction volume.

Better Buyer Experience
Instead of buyers scrambling post-close, they get a simple, guided setup experience tied to their exact address—no guesswork, no friction.

No Cost to Implement
There are zero upfront costs. Title Companies don’t pay to use our platform—we only win when they win.

What Success Looks Like

  • You build a high-performing BDR team that consistently hits (and beats) demo targets

  • You establish a repeatable outbound motion for the Title Company vertical

  • You create clear messaging that resonates with this new persona

  • You turn this into a predictable pipeline engine that fuels company growth

Who You Are

  • Proven experience leading and scaling outbound/BDR teams

  • Comfortable building from zero—this is not a “plug into an existing machine” role

  • Data-driven and process-oriented, but can move fast and adapt

  • Strong communicator who can sell and coach at a high level

  • Willing to get in the weeds—this role requires hands-on execution

Job requirements

  • You are based in Mexico. This is an in office position at our Guadalajara office.

  • You need to have very strong English (spoken and written). Bilingual is a plus, but not required. 

  • 6+ years experience in B2b telemarketing. 

  • You’re comfortable using Hubspot or similar CRM.

  • You have built and managed telemarketing teams.
