We’re Hiring in Guadalajara! | Outbound Sales (BDR)
Utility Profit is a fast-growing U.S tech company helping Property Managers make move-ins easier for their tenants — setting up electricity, water, gas, and internet in one click.
In just 14 months, our Guadalajara Sales Hub grew from 4 to 50+ team members, and we’re expanding again!
What You’ll Own:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will drive new business by proactively reaching out to U.S. property managers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Calling and educating prospects about our software to create interest
Booking online demos with key decision-makers
Managing and tracking all outreach in HubSpot CRM
Developing world-class sales skills while growing rapidly within a fast-paced, high-impact role

Job requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• 6+ months of outbound B2B experience
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Energetic, driven, and ready to grow
• HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus
