The Role
We’re building a new Go-to-Market team to launch new product lines to existing customers. You’ll be at the forefront of introducing innovative offerings—like internet programs, telecom tools, and utility integrations—to property managers already familiar with Utility Profit.
This role blends sales, product rollout, and customer onboarding. You’ll work closely with product marketing and account management to identify ideal customers, run calls, explain how things work, and support successful adoption.
It’s not just about selling—it’s about teaching, answering questions, removing friction, and making launches smooth.
What You’ll Do
Identify warm customer accounts best suited for new product rollouts.
Schedule and run consultative product calls with property managers.
Explain how new offerings work, answer detailed questions, and build excitement.
Support the onboarding and implementation process, coordinating with internal teams.
Provide light training to ensure adoption across the customer’s team.
Serve as the voice of the customer—capture feedback and share insights with product and engineering.
Handle follow-ups, portal setup, light support, CRM documentation, and activation tracking.

• 10+ product calls per week with decision-makers and operations teams.
• High conversion rates from call to activation.
• Smooth rollout execution with minimal friction.
• Strong customer satisfaction and recurring use of new features.
• Feedback loops closed with the product team for ongoing improvement.

Job requirements
Qualifications
Willing to work from our office in Austin, TX, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We have a hybrid set up.
2+ years of full-cycle sales, account management, or customer success experience.
Experience in SaaS, PropTech, telecom, or utilities is a plus.
Excellent English communication—verbal and written.
CRM savvy (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, etc.
Compensation
Competitive base salary + commission on activated accounts.
$60,000 Base. $120,000 OTE.
